The Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury seek to identify promising practices and quality standards of care for the treatment of service members, veterans and military families with psychological health concerns and traumatic brain injuries. DCoE leads a groundbreaking collaborative effort, working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, civilian agencies, community leaders, advocacy groups, clinical experts and academic institutions that are dedicated to expanding the state of knowledge of psychological health and TBI.
