Sites of Federally-funded specialized research Centers of Excellence into Parkinson's disease and related movement disorders will be announced at a hearing hosted by Sen. Arlen Specter, Chair of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education. These sites are in addition to the three Centers currently funded in response to the Morris K. Udall Parkinson's Research and Education Act of 1997.
