New videos, website offer important resources for people affected by diabetes – 1
Narrator: This is NIH Health Matters. I’m Joe Balintfy. Experts understand that it’s common to feel overwhelmed, sad, or angry when you are living with a chronic disease such as diabetes.
Fradkin: So we’ve created a series of three to five minute videos that feature people living with diabetes or at risk for diabetes and how they solved the challenges of making positive change.
Narrator: Dr. Judy Fradkin is a director of diabetes research at NIH. She says the new videos can help people make lifestyle changes and cope with the demands of the disease.
Fradkin: Diabetes Health Sense provides easy provides easy access to more than a 140 resources.
