Now Matters Now

"Now Matters Now" is an online skills training program designed to teach specific emotion regulation skills. These skills are core components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy which has shown to reduce risk of repeated suicide attempt. "Now Matters Now" teaches simplified versions of traditional DBT skills and includes step by step explanations opportunities to practice and examples of real people talking about how these skills have been helpful. The program is directed to people who are believed to be at increased risk for suicidal behavior but who are not necessarily seeking treatment for that problem.
