Lasker Clinical Research Scholars
How To Apply
See the Research Funding Announcement for full application details.
In order to assure the programmatic appropriateness of the proposed research,we strongly recommend that candidates submit a Letter of Intent.. The Letter of Intent should provide a Biosketch, and a summary of research interests that includes an abstract of the proposed research. The summary should be no more than 2 pages. Submit your Letter of Intent online at http://irp-positions.nih.gov/job/laskerscholar. The deadline for submitting this information is June 26, 2015. Applicants will be given feedback in early July. The deadline for the full application is August 27, 2015.
Candidates are advised to work with their current institution to submit the full Lasker Scholar application. The submitting institution does not need to be the same institution where the Scholar will conduct extramurally-funded research in the second phase of the program. Applicants currently at the Intramural Research Program should submit through their intramural Institute/Center. It is possible, but likely more difficult, for applicants to submit an application on their own.Direct general questions to:
