RFA on Immunological Phenotyping of Mouse Mutants
This is an RFA to develop novel, high throughput technologies for
self-tolerance, and autoimmune injury in mice. Because immunological
disorders are not apparent upon inspection and because many immune-mediated
disorders, including autoimmune diseases, evolve over time, new
technologies are required to screen large numbers of mutant mice.
These may be entirely new or may be adapted from existing techniques.
In all cases, these technologies should be rapid, accurate, relatively
cost efficient and should minimize the necessity to sacrifice valuable
mutant mice.
