    1. Cooperative Agreement — cooperation among facilities (those funded with this RFA plus others) and between facilities and NIH
    2. Sharing
      1. All methods, protocols and data — wide, rapid distribution encouraged according to plan of your own devising, and part of the review criteria
      2. Mice and embryos/sperm must be made available and cannot be patented.
    3. Oversight Committees of appropriate experts help design procedures and identify priorities prior to project start and during project
