XZIP - Group Purpose and Meeting Information


This is an informal seminar and discussion group that meets the last Friday of each month at 4:00 PM (except for summer) in Bldg 6B, room 429 on the NIH campus. Each meeting features one or two short talks by post- docs, graduate students, or principal investigators on current, unpublished research involving the use of Xenopus laevis or zebrafish (Danio rerio) in developmental biology, neurobiology, gene regulation, or other topics. The group includes members from NIH, George Washington University, American University, The Carnegie Institution, Holland Research Labs, the FDA, and other biomedical research institutions in the Bethesda/Washington area. Any one interested is invited to attend.
