NIH Job: Administrative Officer

Administrative Officers are the link to scientists at the NIH. The efforts of Administrative Officers help scientists perform their research. Their responsibilities typically include helping management identify financial, personnel, and material needs and problems; developing budget estimates and justifications; and advising on and negotiating contracts, agreements, and cooperative arrangements with other government agencies, universities, or private organizations.
