NIH awards additional funding to The Scripps Research Institute for the Participant Technologies Center

The National Institutes of Health has increased funding to The Scripps Research Institute (TRSI) from $120 million to $207 million over five years to support expanded activities of the PMI Cohort Program’s Participant Technologies Center, which will enable direct enrollment of participants who do not have access to participating health care provider organizations. The initial award was made in July as part of a group of awards to build the foundational partnerships and infrastructure needed to launch the PMI Cohort Program.
