Meet the Faces of Clinical Research: Beyond Inclusion
The NIH Office of Research on Women’s Health, along with the FDA’s Office of Women’s Health, invites you to watch this interactive and engaging panel discussion held during National Women’s Health Week (May 2015). This panel event celebrates and recognizes the importance of women and diversity in clinical research. You’ll hear from volunteers who have participated in clinical research at NIH and the professionals that support them and our health advances. Find out what it's like to be involved in a study; learn about the ethical issues and protections surrounding participation; and discover the support, triumphs, and challenges that surround this critical enterprise.
