ECHO Data Analysis Center

The ECHO Data Analysis Center is responsible for managing all existing and new data from ECHO Cohort Study Sites. The center leads, standardizes, and integrates ECHO Cohort Data and Biospecimen Collection Protocol data capture, management, and storage through a central data system; provides support and expertise to analysis proposals approved by the ECHO Cohort Consortium; and enriches research infrastructure and data science to facilitate broader sharing of ECHO Cohort data and resources with the scientific community. It also conducts sophisticated multi-level analyses on ECHO Cohort data to pinpoint potential causes of child health outcomes over time.
