The center leads, standardizes, and integrates ECHO Cohort Data and Biospecimen Collection Protocol data capture, management, and storage through a central data system; provides support and expertise to analysis proposals approved by the ECHO Cohort Consortium; and enriches research infrastructure and data science to facilitate broader sharing of ECHO Cohort data and resources with the scientific community. It also conducts sophisticated multi-level analyses on ECHO Cohort data to pinpoint potential causes of child health outcomes over time.
